I’m MJ and I love the creative side of God. He inspires and intrigues me through His word. I want to share my passion with all of you. This lovely path has led me here...
I never thought I would end up podcasting. It all started with talking on the phone. I would get compliments on my voice often but I would just laugh about it. However, I remember making a presentation at De Paul University in Chicago some years ago, and a elderly man came up to me afterwards and said, “You need to do voice over work.” I became intrigued so I took voice over classes along with book narration at Columbia College ( I even won a voice over contest!) I really enjoyed learning how to tell a story with my voice.
After college, I received opportunities to host radio at Moody Bible Institute and also did commercials for them and other radio programs. I’ve also been blessed to speak at a number of events including banquets, conferences & schools. I fell in love! I knew I wanted my own show. I thought “How cool would it be to combine things I absolutely love... God’s word, speaking & radio. Thence the “Change My Life” podcast was born!
